White Hat Way: Imagine the Day …

Imagine it with me. Allow your mind to see a day in the future. Imagine how it will feel to stand in a place where everyone in the room shares an incredible and lasting bond. For a moment, consider how it will feel to know that all of those gathered in one spot have these things in common:

➤ They're all honoring a pledge to make a difference in their families and their communities.

➤ Everyone there cares about the success of their customers.

➤ They instill in their teams core values and a “culture of compassion” for the disadvantaged.

➤ They’re all striving to maintain the trust of those around them, including their customers.

➤ All in attendance operate a business that is clearly an asset to the community it serves.

➤ Everyone there wishes to have an impact and leave the world a better place.

➤ They find peace in having long-lasting financial freedom.

➤ They have little need for concern about reputation or failing regulatory audits.

➤ All those in the room are respected, even by themselves.

In that way, you’d step across the same imaginary line that they all did - a line that represents your decision to act - to strive to always do the right thing by your neighbors. What is it worth to feel good about the work that you do? How much value do you receive from making a buck while making a difference?

This is the future of White Hat Way. The hat is figurative. Some may don an actual white hat while others may simply embody what it represents. And what it represents is

I think the Golden Rule and greatest commandment are reflective in this message. Let us all strive to achieve the standards set in the White Hat Way, let us love our neighbor and treat them as we would want to be treated.
